The advertising fee is a flate rate of $75 for three months, a significant savings vs Sunday rates for major newspapers. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card by internet or money order by mail.

Submit a digital photo by E-mail along with property information. Advertising time is tracked by a time counter which is posted on the investor property page of the site. The advertising department will post submissions within 72 hours & payment verification. Advertising clients may submit property information adjustments 2 times per month for free, additional adjustments in the same month will cost $25.
